I have had the best experience with Woodward estate agents. I am a first time buyer and it was daunting at the start as I didn’t really know everything that’s involved when it comes to applying for a mortgage. I went into Woodward’s to have a chat and that’s where I met Hayley, she really was amazing from start to finish. I had seen a house I wanted to put an offer on and I didn’t actually have my DIP at this point, as it all happened so fast. Hayley sorted this out for me in no time and I was able to put my offer in straight away. She explained budgeting, interest rates, lenders and then considered the best option for me regarding deposit, lender and affordability. She thoroughly went through everything in detail and was more than happy to help with any questions I had. Hayley kept me up to date all the time and even worked later to get the application done on time, always going the extra mile which I was most grateful for as this is when the rates were going from 4% to 6%! I can’t believe how quickly everything has been done, with in 4 weeks I have now already had my mortgage application accepted! Couldn’t recommend to enough, I’ll defiantly be back!
