A New Decade and a fresh new look....

An update from Stephen Woodward:

I would like to tell you of some changes we have been planning at Stephen J Woodward.

For seventeen years we have been developing our business to better serve the needs of our clients, and in that time much has changed.  We have added core services to our business of Sales and Lettings, including Chartered Surveying, Estate Management and Commercial property.

The world of how people access property services has also changed.  In the early 1990's we were ahead of our peers in Internet and Printed brochure technology.  In the last decade we trained our own Energy Assessors and selected the most advanced HIP provider.

Ahead of this new decade we foresaw other areas of advancement and have recently invested in the latest software to enhance service delivery.  To assist the development of our all new website design at woodward.co.uk we also felt a subtle change of name to Woodward Estate Agents, Woodward Chartered Surveyors and Woodward Commercial will be easier for all to recognise and associate.

With this comes our brand new logo (above), keeping our corporate colours and Harrow on the Hill skyline with which we are synonymous, but enhancing our identity.

These changes have been purposefully subtle to help drive new buyers and tenants to us without losing our loyal customer base.  The new website has many exciting features, including feature properties, up to date news stories, applicant self registration, video tours and much more to follow as the programme rolls out. 

You will shortly see our distinctive new signboards, adverts and marketing material all over the Harrow area and indeed all over the property internet, through many new web portals, web adverts (see Harrow Observer) and improved Search Engine Optimisation.
