Let only service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for an inventory to be carried out if you wish, contribution to carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks and right to rent documentation and finalising the tenancy agreement, provision of prescribed documentation, advising Council Tax of change of occupier, holding keys. 12% (10% plus VAT) of the rent actually received by the landlord in the first 12 months reducing to 9% (7.5% plus VAT) of the rent actually received by the landlord for the remainder of the term.

Management service includes obtaining quotes for repairs and arranging repairs within the property to a value of £250, collection of rent, deduction of bills, payment of balance to landlord’s account and provide email statement.
