The Mount House, Harrow on the Hill, HA1 3NH

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This stunning Georgian Mansion was completely refurbished by developer Camsted Homes in 1998.

The Mount was meticulously built for wealthy landowner Samuel Hoare, between 1807 and 1817. Around 1858 it became a girls convent run by an order of Belgian nuns. This use continued until 1973 when the building was converted to prestigious offices and was re-named Bydell House.

Camsted Homes, specialists in restoring prestigious homes in prime locations, acquired the building and in 1998 created 15 luxurious apartments from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom penthouses with roof terraces.

All ground floor apartments have small private gardens.

Woodward Estate Agents were sole agent for Camsted Homes and sold all 15 homes. These luxury apartments come to the market rarely and as the Managing Agent for the development we are in prime position to keep specific customers advised of property for sale or to let.
